Amaris Made Simple
We want you to absolutely love your Amaris bedding — but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns
- You have 60 days from delivery to return your order.
- Packaging and tags can be opened — just keep the bedding clean, undamaged, and in good condition.
- A $14.99 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for an easy drop-off.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or style? You can exchange within 60 days.
- Items must be clean, undamaged, and in good condition.
- We’ll send you a prepaid label, and your replacement will ship once the original item is received.
A Few Exceptions
- Clearance, final-sale, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bedding that’s been washed, heavily used, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged (unless it arrived defective).
